How does the return of mattresses and beds work?

You have   a 3 0 night trial to make sure Langel products are for you. If not, send us an email to contact@langelsystem.com

• Returns within this period are completely free.
• For collections,   our trusted carrier will be the one to do it.
• We will schedule a convenient time for pickup, and the carrier will provide you with proof of pickup that you will need to send to us contact@langelsystem.com to process your refund.
• Please note that products must be returned in their original condition and without damage. And, of course, you are not required to package them in their original packaging or box.
• In the case of Langel beds and structures, you do have to disassemble them with special care not to lose any screws or parts. 

How does the Accessories return process work?

• You have   a 60-night trial to make sure Langel products are for you. If not, send us an email to contact@langelsystem.com
• In the case of mattress covers, you will receive a shipping label and you will have to take the package to your nearest Post Office. There they will give you proof of shipping that you will have to send to us from Langel System to process the refund.
• Please note that products must be returned in their original condition and without damage. In this case you will need a box to ship, although it does not have to be the original box.

How can I return the product if I have not opened it yet?

• If you have not yet opened your product and want to process the return, because you were confused about the size, for example, contact our customer service team directly. 

Is the refund status reported?

• We send an email when starting the refund process, to confirm that the process is underway. If at any time you need more information about it, just send us an email at contact@langelsystem.com, and we will help you with your request. 

How long does the refund take?

• As soon as you send us proof of collection or shipping, we will process the refund of your order. Your refund may take up to 4 weeks to process depending on the payment method you used.
